I think some experts here would help you on this. ..
But for d2h account, you don't need RTN number

I checked dish tv web site & try to sign in but cannot bcz i dont have Indian number

I think the problem is tht these STBs r registered & activated thru Distributors account. ..even CC may not tell u the RMN of ur VC....
U hv only one option tht to check via dealer :dodgy
