For this govt. Need to take some strick decision.
1. Dth companies are in its necent stage, so need to relaxation from entertainment tax, currently dth are paying huge tax that is state govt. Tax, central govt. Tax, entertain. Tax and licence fee.
2. Each dth faces shortage of bandwidth, so need to open sky policy. Currently dth are mandate to use satellite provide by isro. Dth cant lease foreign satellite without permission of isro.
3. Currently broadcaster cant own dth service [share more than 49%], need to give some relaxation.

1. Nearly 33 per cent of every Rs 100 earned is paid to the Government which is really difficult for a new industry.

2. Most DTH service providers are capable of carrying around 300 channels, whereas cable ops can carry around 500 channels...so it is important for ISRO & Govt to look into the matter to create a level playing field.
