Guys I recharged my airtel dth with Rs.5551/- infinity pack but in stb my account section showing balance of more than Rs.5600 and validity till 31-aug-2018 and daily Rs.23 deducted from my account... while in my airtel app validity showing till 31-dec-2018 and balance is around Rs.100 ...
anyone knows whats the problem , plan is activated or not...

Please call CC and get it confirmed.

I have also recharged wid rs. 5551, and getting 1 yr validity, and all d channels are same.... all HD+SD are viewable.

For anyone who is planning to recharge, please follow this.

Order any product in Amazon with COD, during payment, provide 2500 extra. Ask the delivery agent to load it to your Amazon pay balance. You'll get 500 extra.

In Airtel selfcare portal, what i'm seeing is...

Infinity 12m 5551/- with 66 HD
Internet tv 12m 6496/- with 75HD

also there are some other channels missing in infinty compared to internet tv which I dont worry about

Recharged with Infinity 12m pack through selfcare for Rs. 5551/-

all channels are available. selfcare listing just screwed my mind for once!


now if I try to recharge, it shows the pack price as Rs. 5801/-

Yes. It had 2 free regional topups and HD pack had all South HD channels including Sun channels.

Just checked Selfcare. Yes, Infinity Sports SD and HD [ROI] are available in ARP for 3M, 6M, 12M. Actually, I think they are replacing Infinity Sports since now MySports is for Rs 399 and Infinity Sports still shows for Rs 366 (which has more channels than MySports)
For ROI, the plans are: Value Prime Kids, My Sports, Family, New Mega, Infinity All.

I believe Infinity Sports may be taken off the shelves anytime.
