Aditya is available. I've activated.

I was on South Magnum TN 40 HD 10+2 ARP. Actually 41 HD. VALID Until Aug 4 2017.

This morning, I called Nodal first to enquire, they redirected me to Cc and cc gave details but they doesn't know about the Sun top up.

So called Nodal again and I asked about the package.

They provided the details and before activating I enquired about refund after canceling my current ARP. Earlier CC told it will be around 5k.

However Nodal couldn't confirm, they insisted to deactivate to find out the refund.

I said OK and deactivated and changed to monthly.

Here comes the shock, refund was just 3k...[emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24]

Calculation is correct. Cc did mistake as usual...

Now I asked to rollback.

Another shock, rollback not possible. [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24]

Now I have to recharge for 2k to activate infinity [emoji40]

I enquired about 6m infinity... There's none.

I checked if they can activate monthly Infinity to my child connections. So I can activate in that as well.

Nope, not possible as there's no monthly infinity package.

Only option, I had to recharge for 2k and now infinity HD activated with Sun topup....

Anyways, it's not a loss as I am get the missing HD channels and validity until December 2017.

Overall happy...

Its basically a stick and carrot game being played by airtel.

No doubt..its a gr8 offer in current scenario..
But I foresee huge no. Of chnls coming up in near future..which wont get added to d pack.. hence one is stuck up for 1 yr with existing chnls..

Secondly.. they may be doing this to collect advance money.. to pay for ses9 tps.
