One month HDAF is free + 199 for dhammaka pack. Next month 199+95, but I'll change to Dhamal Mix pack.

No Exchange offer officially available for other DTH users. Contact your nearest dealer to know any exchange offer available with him.

As per TS Website, HDAF is 175 per month, but how are u getting it for 99? Any offer from TS to u, or is it for all?

Not 99 it's 95. There is another HD access available for 95 rs called Dhamal Mix HD access. It will cost only 95 rs. To activate this contact cc. It won't show in Tata Sky website.
