Is 9X available on SUN DTH ?

Is 9X available on SUN DTH ? As per their newly updated website 9X is there. But I am using SUN DTH for past one year no 9X I found. Please tell.

Yes I know. But 9X not only available on DISH TV it is available on DD Direct Plus as well.
