Is Airtel DTH Dead To Add New Channels

i am waiting from past 6 months to get ETV Telugu HD channel on Airtel DTH, till now they were not added. but it is available on other Dths TATASKY, DISH TV & SUN DIRECT. 

my side i am feeling as
1. they are not focusing on their dth market.
2. they don't have proper TPs.
3. they are trying merge with other dth company like Dish tv and Videocon.
4. may be they are effected by demonetization.
