They will simply add SD channels instead of HD, now viewers will bear the cost of HD channel as additional charge, if they select.

in this day and age SD channels should not even exist.... this is one more reason for broadcasters for price increase as they have to maintain double channels, its high time broadcasters shut down SD channels for good
