Guys I need ua help.. I have buyed new Tata sky HD as u noe as this thread is created by me..
M facing one problm
The problem is of signal issue..
My signal level and signal strength is good..
But still m not receiving any channels.. All are showing no signal inspite of having good signal quality..
I have given my stb to Tata engineer..
M hoping for the best coz I have buyed new connection on 17jan.. So m in Lil stress ...
Engineer said that wait 2 days.. He took my new stb.. Hope so everything will be fine

Even I faced same issue after buying TS new connection After replacing my Old STB to TS Engineer got my problem solved and from that date till now not faced any issue.

Don't worry bro , if it's faulty they will replace it with a new one...

I faced issue for 9 days but luckily after 9 days TS Engineer was intelligent he knew it was STB issue and immediately replaced it with New STB and my issue got resolved without any charge.

But only thing worst was my 9 days got wasted and I didn't got those 9 days added in My Ultra Plus pack even after complaint.
