Joined Tata Sky family

Good Evening all.
After 6 years with Videocon d2h, I have joined Tata Sky family today. 
Yesterday I booked Tata Sky from Tata Sky website and got installed today. (With help from Saj007 and Sarfaraz)
Its a pleasant experience with first time using Tata Sky. Everything goes smoothly without a hitch. 
I hope I took correct decision to dump d2h for Tata Sky.
Hope to remain for long time.

The picture quality (especially SD channels) is not that clear
The remote is not user friendly
Time delay between channel transition.
