I like the working culture in Kannada TV industry very much. Unlike other regions, the artist in this industry are free to work in any channel and can do two shows together.

A few examples are as follows:

Vijayambika of ZK's Shravani Subramanya also stars in Star Suvarna's Aase.

Manasa Manohar who stars in a hit serial of ZK is also working in Udaya TV's Shambhavi. (I have intentionally not mentioned the name of the serial as everybody knows it)

Yashaswini who's also in the same serial as Manasa, is also working in Udaya TV's Mynaa.

Other regional TV industries should learn from this and adapt this work culture in the respective TV industries.

Every industry is more or less the same bro. In Kerala too, actors act 2 serials at once in different channels. Some even do 3 but depends on roles. But yes main leads will be only acting 1 at a time.

Currently, Kannada GECs are following the trend of dramatic twists. Each channel is killing off the main character in their serials and bringing them back with a twist:

1. Colors Kannada's Keerthi was killed and is now alive.
2. Zee Kannada's Sihi faced death but reappeared.
3. Udaya TV's Shanthi was killed and has returned.
4. Suvarna's Kaveri was killed and has re-entered the show.

Yes, the show was supposed to be back this year, but got delayed due to other reason. But the information is that this show will be for Sony upcoming kannada channel.
