Actually Suvarna is mainly trying to extend Mahabharatha to several weeks... So probably they wont follow this
But this is really a good idea though..

For how long can they extend?
Every story has an end and Mahabharata is a Mythological story and can't be dragged like a dramatic story. Moreover, it is not them who are shooting it. It has been shot in Hindi and they are just dubbing it.

If they telecast in colors kannada,name of channel also improve.also gets more ratings.

They want to retain the numbers.. So before MB end, they are trying to bring all the content to manage and increase numbers.
Serials like savithramma(2pm), padmini devi, mayajala, seetheya rama(8:30pm), chandra nandini will get the slots confirmed and will telecast for atleast 1 week prior to MB end.
Even they are promoting Drusti viewers to retain horror viewers..

Promoting in TV is important.tv9 is highest viewed channel.promoting in all news channel,and in ckc,cs is enough.
Promoting in social media is use less.
Rural people or older people watch TV more.
