Remember I am using a single Monoblock LNB to get Laosat@128e and Telstar@138e so receiving less signal.

Otherwise with single LNB average signal for Laosat is more than 60% and for Telstar more than 80% at my location.

I remeber when I had dishtv monoblock lnb I used to get both apstar 134e and telestar 138e , didn't get laosat because I didn't have mpeg4 stb back then.

Yes,that is why I always use a Monoblock LNB instead of a single LNB as there is always a possibility of getting nearby satellites on the same LNB without much effort.

Please check these threads :

Is laosat signal stronger than telestar 18?

Depends on your location, where I am both are very easy to catch , obviously it has to be so because of strong signals. TP which has Cartoon Network, TV 5 Monde Asie,TNT and Boomerang is running fta for two days now on laosat. Personally, I would rather set laosat than telestar, as telestar lacks fta channels.

for dehradun:

telstar18:

Elevation angle: 17.3°
LNB Tilt (skew): 55.9°
True azimuth: 106.2°

laosat128

Elevation angle: 25.9°
LNB Tilt (skew): 52.6°
True azimuth: 113°

from telstar's position move dish to d right, while standing behind d dish, and upwards. :k
