d2h is becoming pathetic day by day.
I made a big mistake by choosing d2h.
They already keep on adding crap channels since last year.
And nowdays they started removing existing popular channels from the base packs. Even kids channels are not spared. After 31st August, there will not be any single kids channels in lower packs.
They introduced another crap called HD ACCESS FEE. Now all the custumers are forced to go for Platinum HD pack to enjoy all HD channels.
Hardware of d2h is cheap quality. Software is terrible. It takes long time to change a single channel, to go to a particular menu etc.
Its common for all dth to lose signal during rains.
But d2h loses its signal even in bright sunlight. Very strange.
Even dying dth company Reliance Digital TV is better than videofraud d2h.
I want a refund from d2h.
I am planning to switch to either Tata/ Dish/Airtel.
all of these are better than videofraud d2h.
D2H does not deserve the title of "Asia's most promising brand".
