Sad News Many Sony channels removed from Tata Sky due to breakdown in contract negotiations (Sony Six HD Readded)

when i reached customer care they are giving me a refund of Rs15.18 . i think tata sky is thinking this is some kind of joke.

No base pack price had been reduced.Even add on pack(kids pack) price also not reduced.
Earlier the cost of kids pack was rs 70 because there were 14 kids channels.
But now there are only 12 kids channels.But the price had not been reduced.A wrong move by tata sky:angry:

they increased base pack prices whenever they wanted, now if you ask refund. They will say you pay 300 for 400 channel, so we can give 0.75 per channel refund for the removed 3-4 channels. what a joke!

Just now i got call from Tatasky for not recharging the services (it is with my friend nearby). I asked them when will Sony channels will be back. They told have retained 12 channels and the remaining will come back in 2 months.

Don't go by these types of generic statements. Even TS top level officials don't know anything about re-addition, how a lower level Customer care person can know?

i dont know bro that and all i just asked them they told like that bcoz out of curiosity and issue going i wanted to have any piece of information i get so that it might be useful to others and i'm posting here. I dont know if top officials know or not about re addition.

Bro I second the statement of @Pranab bro. It is actually a statement with zero value in it. These kind of statements are used to lure new customers. Don't fall into it. Until and unless we get an official confirmation on this, every generic statement with absurd timeframes should be ignored.
