The MIB has also approved name change applications of Viacom18 and ZEEL to launch Colors Kannada Cinema and Zee Keralam SD and HD.

Viacom18’s licence under the name Uplex has been renamed Colors Kannada Cinema. ZEEL’s licences Zindagi and Zee Classic HD have been renamed Zee Keralam and Zee Keralam HD.

Seven channels license cancelled

Mi Marathi is officially dead now. TS was the first to remove it. In fact Tata Sky kept it very far apart from other Marathi channels (LCN 1298), so it knew that it would be shutting down. This is the jyotishi power of TS.
