It's puzzling that they have not updated HD Plus and instead released this dbr topup instead. I am trying to figure this out from CC but so far none of the ones I talked to have any info about HD Plus.

Bro 28HD is for 204
and 32HD with SWP is for 225 quite cheap with 21rs difference must be trying to see who goes and who doesn't for this pack. maybe like the Zee rio pack.
