it will be launched soon bro,
These things are normal on test mode, some examples are,

Star Movies Select HD started on IS 20 & within 4 hours removed from sat,
Added back again after 2-3 weeks,
AXN was tested for many months before started Transmisson,
Mostly channel shows color bars only in test feed,
It's good that at least Max HD showing some movies in test run.
