i dnt thnk so bro. Coz in some other festivals also indian govt.gave holiday to particular people only.....ex: onam in tamilnadu schools holidays gave to particular students only..... In my school and clg days i seen this it was happen in to some other festivals also but i dnt want to mention the names here........
