Most of the channels are not working

I have Videocon connection for more than 10 years. But I am facing the problem evey time that Signal not available, specially in night.
I changed my set up box too but problem still exists, even refresh my account but it also didn't work.
Everytime when we open our tv most of the channel which we subscribed shall not available.
Why you are providing this type of low services.

May be some obstacles that block the signal from satellite. Check if there any tree branches or curtains like that near to dish.

Right.. l too faced the problem, when l extra piece of wire added to lnb n connected both cable with connector it worked good but it not working directly... Unexpexted
