Yes they can add any channel in any slot .. even though its a SD Channel old STB users might not get if those STB is not comaptible to DVBS2 .. also there is a point of subscribing certain channel too

May be RDTV wants to add many more channels by removing one HD channel. It seems they are more interested in adding channels which are not available on other DTH.

bro. This problem might be some technical issue with broadcartor end or RDTV end. Music express officially not added/removed till now. I am sure. Pls don't ask same question again.
