The best is a company that never had any Indian operations. Comcast is the best example. Another example would be CBS. It acquired Australia's struggling Network Ten and rebranded it last year.

But yet another possibility is a company with a relatively small presence in India like Discovery. In Poland, Discovery acquired TVN, one of the biggest networks there.

Yesterday Zeel Company stock down 33% nd also Distv stock down 33% in intraday due to there is news of cash deposit during Demonotisation.I think Bure Din Anne vale hai for Zee Group.

Hey, AFAIK d2h had turned positive before merger while in the hands of Videocon group & was making profits.

After the merger as well the results were good.

Now,what might be the further move?
Selling d2h from dish tv as well?

Zee was to launch 4 living channels.

Then what happened suddenly in last 2 years?
Zee is still doing good interms of ratings.
All 4 Hindi GEC feature in top ten.
Marathi mkt is dominated by Zee wt 2 GEC 1 movie
Bengal and Odiya its at number 1
Kannada a strong no 2 and now even become no 1
Tamil and Telugu going strong at number 2/3

Then what went wrong? Demonitisation? GST?

Was DEMO or GST Zee specific ? If not then these should affect all broadcaster. But no one complaint.
