Dish CC Sent Me Mail To Recharge, But Didn't Get Call

I Sent A Detailed Mail To Dish TV Regarding Quitting Of My Dish TruHD Connection,

I'm a DishTV Customer since 2011. But its sad to see that DishTV is the worst for HD...These are the drawbacks ;for which I've decided to quit DishTV HD and make me bound to take Videocon D2H HD...

1.You have not most popular ESPN HD & STAR HD Channels in your platform

2.Yo have only 17 true HD Channels and rest are fake upscaled HD channels;but Videocon D2H has 22 true HD Channels...

3.Your HD Packages are very costly.To get all 17 true HD channels; a DishTV HD customer has to spend Rs.560 (HD Royale Pack [14 HD Channels]) + Rs.40 (ZEE CINEMA HD)+Rs.40 (ZEE STUDIO HD)+Rs.20 (TRAVEL XP HD) = Total Rs.660
For Rs 660;we get only 17 true HD Channels...
But in Videocon D2H HD;for Rs.323;you will get all the 22 true HD channels available on their platform.
So U think;what will customer do;obviously he will choose Videocon D2H HD.

4.Your HD Package policy is too bad ;its worst package policy in DTH Industry..
There is no HD Base pack which contains all HD Channels.A customer have no choice to select SD pack..Your HD Package is mandatory which is starting from Rs.385...

But in Videocon D2H HD;there is HD Base pack which contains all the 22 true HD Channels which costs only Rs.123..
They have also many good add for HD channels.A customer can choose any SD Pack along with HD pack.

5.In DishTV HD;a customer can't downgrade to SD Base Pack.He is compulsory to take Rs.385 HD pack.

But in Videocon D2H HD;a customer is free to choose any SD Pack with no HD Packs....

6.Lowest HD Pack in DishTV HD is Rs.385 both for North & South..

But in Videocon D2H HD;Lowest HD Pack (For South )=Rs.237
Lowest HD Pack (For North )=Rs.261

Thats why I'm now quitting DishTV after my renewal date;23rd September .I 'm going to take Videocon D2H HD on 15th September as IND vs PAK warm up match in HD on 17th September;because ICC T2O WC will be in STAR CRICKET HD which is available on Videocon D2H HD;but not in DishTV...

Here are the available HD Channels(22) on Videocon D2H HD....

You don't think about HD Customers ;thats why I'm finally quitting DishTV after 8 years....
