They've sold it. But distribution is still done by them. They've some percentage of ownership in it for that.

They have not sold it, there were plans which did not materialize. They must b still trying, some new program launches on hold since long bcoz of this

NDTV Profit should be shut down, absolutely nothing worth watching there aside of phone reviews.
