Need to find my Airtel DTH customer iD

Hi,
I got the Airtel DTH from my friend. I do not have the RTN and Customer ID. Please help me to find the customer ID (The account is suspended and I need this to recharge and activate the account).

Can someone find my customer ID and RTN with these details?

either contact your friend or else u can find out this details by pressing menu

The account is suspended, so customer ID is not visible when I press menu.
