I got the msg from the airtel dth after subscribed the 3 months Topup... I know the culprits do like this... I take the screen shot when the 3 month Topup is available and send mail to nodal officer with proof... and they returned my 225 to my dth account balance.... I send mail as follow

First mail airtel with the screenshot mentioned in first post. They will call you and u tell them either refund or extend 2 months. For me they gave me credit of rs 450 ..

I m sorry, may be I m talking out of the topic. When we have the free code for MAX HD topup available, so may I know why we are opting for a paid HD topups (like Max HD, Silver HD, etc).

This 3 months validity thread was posted on Jul-18th.Max HD ROI 1 month free top up thread was posted on Jul-24th. If this free code was available before 3 month top ups no one could ve opted for paid top ups.

This 3 months validity thread was posted on Jul-18th.Max HD ROI 1 month free top up thread was posted on Jul-24th. If this free code was available before 3 month top ups no one could ve opted for paid top ups.

But what we have done is also same or more beneficial. On jul 18 we lost 225 but on 18 aug we got refund of 225 by complain to nodal. So no loss. In some cases it is two month refund 450. After refund we unsubscribed max hd and move to free top up code.
