Hi guys,
Today I check with Airtel selfcare say max HD TN @ ₹225/3Months ... And topup the pack having doubts it might be a bug or errot... But I check the validity after recharge top says validity end on 19/Oct/17 the above Pack only available in Airtel my account selfcare not in Airtel app and also checked with customer care.... Airtel really surprised me after a long period of time by without adding south and hd channels here is the scrshot

Bro check the validity of the topup with my airtel app or through cc.... whether that also says that the validity is for 3 months?And whether 225 deducted immediately from the account or through DBR?

Not DBR bro, they have deducted balance immediately for ₹225 cc don't have idea about this topup and checked with how to check with Airtel app for topup validity ... If u know say that bro, let me check. But in my account show the validity till 19 Oct ..i think they don't cheat customers.

So it is indeed a bug and the validity is only 1 month.
So it is cheating with customers. One would have activated knowing it as 3 months. Why should customer pay for airtel software problem. I think a complaint should be raised in this regard.

You have to pay 1 month only that is 225rs. Not for 3months .. from 31st day onwards it must be DBR (7.5/day) so no pblm if u don't want u can deactivate :)

Bro You are not understanding. It was Rs. 225 for 3 months. After deducting money in advance, they are saying Rs. 225 for one month. I have activated for 225 for 3 months not for 225 for one month. So this is cheating.
