New SCV Connection - Signal Issue

I recently got a new SCV HD Connection. Overall the clarity of the channels is good. But I can see a latency in the STB software which makes the channel selection very slow. There is a lag in the software especially while changing the channels. And the signal reception is very weak which makes the channels to pixalate. I had already raised complaint to the LCO and waiting for him to rectify. I had been charged 1600 for STB with one month free. He said the basic pack's rate is 270 with tamil pay channels covered. Please share your feedback and let me know the optimal signal frequency that is required to get channels without any pixlation. Currently the signal strength is 39, quality: 80%
