Seeking Help Tata Play low signal quality

I got Tata Play new connection with my old Airtel antenna & the antenna is in good condition. On installation signal strength & quality in Tata Play home channel was good but later I noticed freeze & pixelation issue on some channels, signal quality on those channels was 25-30%.

I raised service request & then the same technician visited & replaced the new LNB then signal quality & strength further reduced. Finally he installed the old Airtel LNB & now he blaming the antenna plate.

Please help with your suggestion to escalate the issue.

Ur dish alignment may be not in correct, lnb skew not in correct.. Old cable and cable joints are making problem

If the technician has reduced the rate of dish, lnb and cable . Nothing to say. If not, search the maximum signal and fix it..
