You can go for Sun Direct. You will need to pay RS 230 p.m.& you will get 9 Bangla Channels including feeds, many Hindi Channels, Major Sports Channels. Also some popular English Channels too.

I think Videocon d2h is best for you. Though Tata sky and dish tv providing maximum bengali channels now a days than Videocon. But in Bangladesh how you get connection and after sale service or how you recharge every month? Because our Rupees value is higher than your Taka. Our 300 Rupees equals to yours 400 Taka or something more.
