Remove stb power pin
Hold reset pin and insert power pin
Hold rest button for some time
Sw upgrade should start

What if i have the latest software update??Will that reinstall it?

my hd 555b box also software updated.
but recording option & smart mobile bluetooth dongle option gone.
i'm called cc & compliant booked. with in four days technician come change the box to D-SW-HDPLANET.
now everything fine. charged only 200rs service charge.
