bcoz my connection is in active mode n i can easily see my customer id.

I am not getting the reason why you are asking him the reason for knowing customer id... it is a basic thing to be known to all the customers.

bcoz he told that he is not able to see it. n also he is not having his registered mobile no. with him bcoz without giving mobile no. how he was able to activate his account.huh:huh
