I am using D2H set top box after almost 2 years. Everything was perfect all TPs were receiving Full signal and 75-80% Quality. Now there is no signal on following TPs.

11050 (H)
11672 (H)
11609 (H)
11483 (H)
11546 (H)
I checked reflector alignment and it is correct. I adjusted LNB but no luck. All other TPs receiving Full Signal and Quality. Is there any issue with set top box software ? or TPs need to update? What could be reason ? My set top box model is not confirm but it is black color 3D HD written on it as shown in following picture.
Please suggest.
