no signal on home transponder

I am not getting any signal on home transponder. I am getting good signal on asiasat. I tried rotating the LNB still no luck.

Is it a LNB problem?

no problem lnb,select fecotry reset opition and ok.no reboot automaic.mein power off mannuly.1 minnute wait and power on and channel serching automatic wait and ok.

I tried factory reset option. Still it din't worked.

My recharge will finish on October 16th and I have no intention to continue with dish TV anymore as its customer support is worst and they are removing lot of Telugu channels nowadays and not adding anything.
