Seeking Help Non Stop Pack

If you try to add even a single channel it will be converted to new trai pack...Sony BBC earth HD was available on popular hd add on and family add on.But later they removed the channel from its platform. Not sure what is the status now? Is it not available? I could not check as I live outside home.
SONY BBC EARTH HD is available. But it shows as unsubscribed. Can any one help me activate these channels ? (Sony BBC earth HD, Sony Ten 1,2,3 HD ?

This is illegal as per TRAI rules, DishTV cannot break Non Stop pack and forfeit your advances paid against NCF charges, We need to unite and write to TRAI and consumer forum.

Non stop pack is not huge loss for dish TV they are giving some selected fta channels in it and if any customer want to take additional channels they need to pay more for it. they will earn some thing not loose any thing
 
I am still on 'non stop pack' with 2 addons. Nothing has changed till now. But in the next recharge list "new titanium south pack" is listed which costs 570. (I assume they have automatically added my previous subscribed packs. After the purchase for the first month, dishtv gave this pack for free).

Customer care is not helping to remove this pack from next recharge list, asking me to migrate to new plans.

Guys please guide me on this. Also check your next recharge list.

Same with me. But next recharge date didn't changed. And when i checked my account status by miss call service (8750387503) got message of recent activated pack and monthly recharge amount.

**Look at this guys, how much intolerable work dish tv is doing, I am a long subscriber of south all sports pack- my pack validity is upto May, 2020.
and now dish tv has himself made a pack and submitted the request for plan migration. I have already mailed 4 days ago- for continuing my non-stop pack to dish tv customer care & ap /das of trai email account.
*even I didnt choose/think these pack of sony-zee-star etc etc. I am from Kolkata. and look "bst south" is going to add for me.

Sake Happend with me...i wrote to TRAI.and Got this reply.
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have received your mail. Thank you for writing to TRAI. Your grievance has been forwarded to your Service Provider for an early resolution. TRAI in its Quality of Service Regulations has provided price protection to the subscribers who have already paid in advance for a specific period. The service providers are mandated to continue such services for such period to the subscriber without any increase in the price of subscription and without altering the other terms of subscription to the disadvantage of the subscriber.

From which Trai email ID you got this reply bro
 
I asked dish tv to continue with long term pack before 28th and suddenly my pack changed to 315 on 2nd. I called them and they changed plan till 2020 but didn't activate 2 kids pack I requested rather next day they deactivated my packs. free dish pack is available but can't watch packs I asked for. Nor the balance I have is used before 1dt or usable after 2nd Feb. Any help on what to do? In my home only son watches cartoon channels so from 72 a month my pack is around 200 after new rule. :(
