Seeking Help Not able to record content in the USB

Again facing the same issue. Please help me @Gobinaath , @Siva , @Deepu Darling & @Arsh bros, what to do?
It's a issue with the STB or something else?
Moreover, when I record something on my pen drive, next time when I switch on the TV it asks me to format. It's really annoying, sometimes before watching the recorded content it needs to be formatted.

Engineer visit is need as per my opinion .. if we try something it will make more complicated the stb

Again the same issue started. Last year, technician visited & he said there's no issue, it happens.
