Hello friends, I did a recharge of ₹290 on 24 Jan & got ₹300 in my account (₹10 cash back). My monthly rental is ₹277 (267 + 10). My validity is 23 Feb.
Don't you think that it should be more as I have recharged with ₹23 more than my monthly rent. But, they are giving me only 30 days although it should be more. Please help me.

Whats your current balance and what are topup currently activated in your acoount
If possible post a ss of your account details

Topup: ₹10 News18 India
Pack: Value lite Plus (267/month)
& two lifetime free topups. Nothing more than this.

your DBR - (277/30)= 9.23
so 135.71/9.23 =approx 14
so count 14th days from 10th feb .U will get your answer
 
and all of these validity checking done by automatic software. no manually process involved there ..so don't worry.
 
Airtel Base Packs don't work as DBR it's monthly upfront pack.

Its looking correct only but where my ₹23 gone??? & When I was using value prime kids my monthly rental was ₹285 & I use to do recharge of ₹285 only & was getting 30 days but why it's not happening here??
Now, when I do recharge of ₹280( for 277 monthly), I get few days less than 30.
