Seeking Help Not received Recharge Confirmation

Hi,

Just now I recharged my d2h account but I haven't received any payment confirmation i.e either successful or failed but money is debited from my account & still my due date isn't update.

I also have received e-mail from CC avenue regarding transaction succsessfulness. but my d2h info isn't updated. Little weird experience, what is the reason?

d2h site somewhat risky to recharge
I have same experience like u two times amount debited from account but not confirmation
Then called to customer care And it got updated in 36 hours

I have recharged through d2h.com. I have also called customer care & they also have asked me to wait for 36 hours, either they will credit to my d2h account or refund to my bank account, my first experience in last 4 years, wt about u? Did the amount credited in your d2h account?

After submitting otp page getting loaded long time.. money getting deducted from bank account but no recharge confirmation or d2h account getting updated
