not showing any channels

guys before 5 min. ago i am watching bigg boss and noticed my box not showing epg and i changed the channel but there was no epg in any channel then i reset the box but now it's showing.....NO CHANNEL FOUND PRESS A KEY TO EXIT...
now what i have to do.....plss tell me

Switch off power in socket then switch on it...

You have gud signal quality & strength, so no problem with ODU.

dont know broo whats the problem
but in the morng i searched the new tp which is discussed in other thread.....but after scan i had got all the channels but now its automatically gets this error

I guess it's nothing to do with the box !

Because when I tried scanning my d2h HD 2011 STB I'm also getting error as "No Channels Found, Press x key to Exit " Signal Strength and Quality is Good.

I'm sure this is from d2h end.
