not showing any channels

I have tried. No luck. Deleted the original sat even and done factory reset too. Not getting all tps back even

I am 4K customer.

I just switched on and am getting signal not available message. Did factory reset also but same message.

I didn't add or delet tp.

Can anyone help?

I have managed to solve my problem. Bro chk on tp 11483v to see if there is signal. If no signal chk the tp's symbol rate. Change to 44995 if any other value is there
