Pairing RF remote with 2222 stb

I have followed instructions of pairing new rf remote but failed. When I press reset button for 10 sec & release, the stb is suppose to be restarted with flashing a message. But in my case it is flashing below message and stb dont restarted. I cant pair my new rf remote. Please help me.

" !!! RF4CE application has been reset. Box is ready for new pairing. Please wait for 5 seconds."

I think - only think we can do is calling Customer Care and Asking for Technician visit... Bro...

* How to pair RF Remote with the Box

a. Press “RESET” (Back side of the STB) Key of STB for 10 Sec. & Release (STB should ON & have Video on Screen), after release, a message Flash at TV Screen –“Force RF4CE Reset! Box will reboot pair your RCU after Rebooting “and STB will automatically re- boot.

b. After restart Home Channel appears, Press “*” Key of RCU & hold for 5 Sec.
Seconds & then press “OK” Key, A Screen will appear to enter Code (3 digit)

c. Type recommended Nos. displaying in Screen from RCU.
After successful entering Code, message “Pairing Successful” will display in Green Color & Remote start working

* If still problem not resolve, then replace Remote

I followed that. But after releasing reset button stb is not restarting.

Any body know if any good RF-REMOTE can be paired with FTA box , Because I hate IR-REMOTE which only works when we put is straight towards stb ?
