propably the STB is not understanding the audio codec of the file. the audio codec should be mpeg1, mpeg2, mp3, ac3, aac then it would easily play it.

can you pls check what are video and audio formats supported by the box. see it on the pack or the manual and check the audio codec used in the file you are playing

Some Satellites Are Not Updated In That List,

If We Add Those Sats, How TP's Are Getting Added?

What's The Difference Between Present Scan & Auto Scan?

If you add Sat manually then You have to scan your Stb in auto search, Stb search Tp automatically,
In Auto Search, Stb search new Tp also, if any availble,
in preset search, Stb search those Tp which are already added on that Sat.

In This Case Do I Need To Add The Exact Name Of Sat? For ST-2, If Type ST-1, Will It Search All TP's In That Sat Automatically?

Exact name is not needed, Stb will scan those sat Tp, which signal are availble,
If ST 2 Signal is availble, Stb will scan ST 2 Tp, not Insat 4a,
