picture is cracking too much on utv stars and many other channels

guys how many of u r facing picture cracking issue in fast scnes specially on utv stars or is it that i am only facing the issue?

utv stars surely is being telecasted with heavy compression, even if u see closely in background,pic is washy and frames r seen. devlocking makes pic even more bad. anyoone having equipment to check at which compression rate utv stars is being telecasted in tata sky,plz reply

now finally cracking is not there.it seems that tata sky tech team r working on settings since many days and work is still on

dont worry now technical team is surely making improvement and quality is increasing day after day
