why not if majority of house receive mobile signal :huh

They have installed transmitter on street light, water tank etc besides regular cell tower

They are planning to deploy JIO TV via 4G network :k

but i think IPTV will cost much more then DTH

for perfect SD stream we need

4:3 [720X576] - 400 Kbit/s to 600 Kbit/s [3-4 mbps]
16:9 [1024X786] - 500 Kbit/s to 1 mbit/s [4-8 mbps]

for perfect HD stream we need

720p [1280X720] - 1 mbit/s to 2 mbit/s [8-17 mbps]
1080p [1920X1080] [DD Audio] - 3 mbit /s to 4 mbit/s [17-30 mbps]

Majority of household are not in a position to pay more than 200 for tv. Then how can one afford for 300 to 500?
