Now in Airtel the Dolby digital bitrate @ 384 Kbps only
Earlier it was 640 Kbps

ya its really pathetic first not all hd channels have 5.1 audio. second which channels have 5.1 they are not good at all only 3 to 4 channels have perfect dolby effect .

Sorry my dear I don't have tata sky, videocon 2h connection
Dish tv is deactivated
Same can be checked in good quality AV receiver
just press the signal info
latest TV's also showing the signal info
separate hardware or software not required

all onkyo or Yamaha AVR can produce the quality info.
