Poor customer care

Today, I called twice to Reliance Digital customer care number. 1st time I have to wait for 12 minutes and then they cut my call without any answer and in 2nd time they cut they call after 11 minutes without attending the call :( Reliance Digital is going down day by day in DTH. It seems they are no interested to run DTH business anymore.
 
bro u wait for only 12 min & i have wait for above 30min many times but cc not reply,they simply cut the calls:(:'( & better to contact via rdtv fb page/send email this 2 option only good

It's always better go for written method than verbal :tup:tup

My channels were not working that's why I have to call them for refresh
 
Anyone knows how we can refresh Reliance Digital from our registered mobile number?

bro ur want to change the mobile no in rdtv profile:huh

Dial 18002009001 --> Select language --> Enter ur smart card no ---> Press 6 for change mobile no & enter ur mobile no then press 1 for confirm:k:tup
 
He is asking for refresh of channels vicky bro not mobile number changed.
