Refresh can be done through IVR also
Steps for refresh
1) get validate your SCN as 1per IVR, then dial 2 ( IVR says complaint k liye dial kare 2), after that dial 1 ( IVR says channel dekhne main problem ho raha hai ), after that again dial 1 & refresh gets done

recharge done but still error show error code 200.
