Yes. There is an issue. Most Topups are removed from Airtel App yesterday. It's likely they are replacing old topups with new ones. Back-end servers have been upgraded and old topups are incompatible with new site. If issue persists after today evening better to raise a complaint with Airtel CC to speed up the fix.
