Auto Standby in my Airtel DTH

For the last 4 days I'm experiencing automatic standby (ie., Setop box LED light is in Red colour and Setop box isn't turning on) and it turns on after a few hours
Help me out of this guys!!! Its really annoying me

Me to face this problem past month..if u use pen drive for recording in setupbox format it or remove it will work fine..

Ok then go to setting . diagnostic option go to restore factory settings press 0000 and give ok..try it
