If ISRO was capable, why D2h, Dishtv, Airtel using foreign satellites?

India should opt for Open Sky policy. Let dth providers decide which Satellites they opt without any restriction.

ISRO is working on it(Open sky policy), a proposal has been sent for approval as they are failed to provide the required Transponder( Because of failure of GSLV MKII and delay in developing GSLV MKIII)
